Site Reliability Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Own the day-to-day operation of a monitoring platform, including dashboards, monitors, log pipelines, APM instrumentation, and synthetic tests.
• Proactively sift through logs, error tracking, traces, and metrics to find failures, triage, and drive resolution.
• Tune alert thresholds and notification routing to reduce noise and ensure quick paging.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in site reliability engineering, DevOps, or platform engineering.
• Hands-on experience with platforms like New Relic, Grafana, Splunk, or Dynatrace.
• Proficiency in Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Go, or Bash and experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
