Senior Cloud Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

Role and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain SRE utilities and automation using Python in AWS to reduce toil and industrialize reliability practices.
• Implement observability, monitoring, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) solutions, and build CI/CD pipelines with automated testing.
• Define SRE standards, SLIs/SLOs, and lead incident management, postmortems, and proactive reliability improvements.

Qualifications:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen able to obtain Public Trust clearance; Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of experience or equivalent.
• 5+ years of advanced Python development, 7+ years in software reliability/engineering, and 3+ years on AWS with core services.
• Expert-level Terraform, CI/CD, observability tools, and experience in Agile, ITSM, and resilience testing.
