Role Overview:
- Lead the development of a major new IP in a fully remote, globally distributed game development environment.
- Transform creative vision into successful delivery by guiding teams, processes, and production strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee production strategy and execution, ensuring alignment with creative goals, timelines, budgets, and quality.
- Partner with product leadership to apply and improve development processes consistently.
- Identify production risks, analyze impacts, and develop mitigation strategies.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of internal game development experience with a proven track record in AAA projects.
- Strong ability to lead teams across multiple locations and disciplines.
- Excellent communication, emotional intelligence, and autonomous work capability.
