Staff Product Manager

The Opportunity:

• Shape long-term product vision and drive company-wide impact across multiple teams and domains.
• Define and execute multi-year product strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to influence roadmaps, resolve dependencies, and guide prioritization at scale.

Accountabilities:

• Define and own a 2–3 year product vision and roadmap aligned with company-wide strategic objectives.
• Develop and maintain an 18–24 month product strategy in collaboration with Product and Engineering leadership.
• Act as a strategic hub to align priorities, resolve dependencies, and ensure cross-team execution consistency.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in digital or software product management.
• 5+ years in a senior individual contributor or equivalent strategic product leadership role.
• Proven experience owning full product lifecycle from 0-to-1 through scale in complex platforms.
