Product Owner Lead

Role Overview:

• Define and maintain a shared product vision that aligns with broader business goals and long-term growth strategies.
• Lead, mentor, and support Product Owners, helping them improve stakeholder management and product decision-making.
• Oversee product delivery across multiple product areas, ensuring quality and consistency.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, with at least 1 year leading product-focused teams.
• Strong knowledge of Product Discovery, Agile, and Scrum frameworks, with experience managing the full product lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills, with experience managing distributed teams.
