Core Responsibilities:
- Own GiveDirectly's impact learning agenda for Emergency Cash programs.
- Institutionalize research best-practices and set standards for data collection and analysis.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on research strategy and capacity development.
Technical Ownership:
- Define and drive prioritization for impact-focused learning questions.
- Directly own strategic research projects and cultivate external research partnerships.
- Author and co-author research briefs and policy papers to share learning with the development community.

- You have deep experience leading research in a fast-paced, complex environment.
- You are skilled in impact evaluation methods, data analysis, and stakeholder management.
- You thrive in a non-hierarchical, candid culture and are comfortable with high ownership.
