About This Role:
- This Research Director will own GiveDirectly's learning agenda for Emergency Cash programs.
- They will lead strategic impact evaluations and research projects across multiple countries.
- They will set standards for research best practices and mentor staff.
Core Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the impact learning agenda for Emergency Cash programs.
- Institutionalize research best practices within the portfolio.
- Author research briefs and represent GiveDirectly externally.
Compensation:
- Base salary is $128,000 for US-based employees.
- Performance bonus up to 15% of base salary.
- Annual benefits stipend of $21,393 for US employees.
