Program Manager

About this Role:

• The Rx Kids program provides unconditional cash to expecting parents and infants in multiple states.
• The Program Manager will lead Ohio operations, driving end-to-end project management and stakeholder coordination.

What you’ll do:

• You will lead program management including application verification, fraud monitoring, and customer service.
• You will manage field staff and build partnerships with funders, vendors, and community organizations.
• You will oversee operational metrics to ensure program excellence and drive improvement.

• You have strong project management, analytical problem solving, and data analysis skills.
• You have experience in fast-paced, execution-focused roles with a player-coach mindset.
• You have excellent communication and organizational skills, with ability to work independently.

Compensation:

• Base salary of $94,700 annually with a 10% annual bonus and $21,392 benefits stipend.
• Unlimited PTO, robust health benefits, and desk allowance for remote work.
