Role:
- Own and improve the cause prioritization process to identify promising emerging areas for grantmaking.
- Oversee a portfolio of grant investigations and management in each of the highest priority emerging cause areas.
- Communicate externally about our work and build a network of people across implementers, funders, and academia.
Skills and Experience:
- Quantitatively-oriented advanced degrees and substantial relevant experience using empirical tools.
- Strong strategic thinker with ability to impose structure on broad problems.
- Excited by people management and supporting professional development.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary based on location tier: $308,000 for NYC/SF Bay Area, $280,000 for all other US locations.
- Fully funded health, dental, vision, and life insurance; four weeks PTO; 16 weeks fully paid parental leave.
