Role:

  • Own and improve the cause prioritization process to identify promising emerging areas for grantmaking.
  • Oversee a portfolio of grant investigations and management in each of the highest priority emerging cause areas.
  • Communicate externally about our work and build a network of people across implementers, funders, and academia.

Skills and Experience:

  • Quantitatively-oriented advanced degrees and substantial relevant experience using empirical tools.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary based on location tier: $308,000 for NYC/SF Bay Area, $280,000 for all other US locations.
  • Fully funded health, dental, vision, and life insurance; four weeks PTO; 16 weeks fully paid parental leave.
