The Role:
- Manage financial reconciliation, merchant settlements, and day-to-day finance operations.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies while maintaining accurate records and audit trails.
- Support month-end reporting and coordinate with Finance, Account Management, and Operations.
Who You Are:
- Detail-oriented with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Two to four years of experience in reconciliation, finance operations, or payment operations.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and excellent problem-solving abilities.
