Job Description

Ensures the movement of freight by our carriers is coordinated according to our customer’s needs. Manages the customer board by calling carriers to confirm pick up and deliveries and advise dispatcher/shipper/consignee of delays. Emails/calls clients when shipments are delivered. Track and trace merchandise to provide the latest updates quickly. Entering pro number and obtaining PODs after shipments are dropped off at our terminals. Providing PODs to billing. Provides key clients with distinct customer service for specialized needs. Requests missing PODs from carriers when advised by billing. Provides daily reports to key clients. Informs dispatchers if appointments are required for delivery. Supports dispatchers with data entry when needed. Requires 3 to 4 years of experience and fluency in Spanish and English.
