Manages the customer board by calling carriers to confirm pick up and deliveries and advise dispatcher/shipper/consignee of delays. Emails/calling clients when shipments are delivered. Track and trace merchandise to provide the latest updates quickly. Entering pro number and obtaining PODs after shipments are dropped off at our terminals.
