Job Description
Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to understand business objectives and document detailed business requirements. Analyze and document current business processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and optimization. Develop comprehensive business cases outlining costs, benefits, and risks of proposed solutions. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (including IT, operations, and management) to ensure alignment of business and technology solutions. Create functional specifications and user stories, ensuring they are clear, complete, and feasible for implementation. Conduct impact analysis for proposed changes and enhancements to existing systems and processes. Provide guidance and mentorship to junior business analysts and team members as needed.
