Senior Product Manager, ClinicalAI Real-World Data (RWD)

Role Overview:

• Own the experience of the people who work in the platform for their day to day operations.
• Own agentic workflows end to end: translating a stakeholder team's process into reliable, repeatable automation.
• Partner closely with engineering, software quality, and clinical teams that consume the data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the user-experience backlog and priorities for the user-facing application.
• Increase efficiencies without tradeoffs to accuracy by shadowing end users and validating problems.
• Own how new AI capabilities appear to end users and roll them out without disrupting live production.

Preferred Background:

• Experience with real-world data, clinical chart abstraction, or human-in-the-loop data-quality programs.
• Fluency in oncology or clinical concepts.
• Experience shipping AI-assisted workflows where people review model output.
