Role and Responsibilities:
- Design and build tailored solutions: Serve as the technical expert during client onboarding, architecting, testing, and deploying custom data integrations.
- Scope and strategize: Partner closely with the Implementations team to evaluate client data, define technical scope, and establish estimates.
- Ensure engineering excellence: Write robust, scalable, secure code adhering to internal best practices.
What You'll Do:
- Empower the operations team: Design integrations for operational efficiency, ensuring seamless technical handover and clear maintenance processes.
- Create scalable tools: Build reusable scripts and templates to increase efficiency across the Client Experience team.
- Own the documentation: Maintain detailed technical documentation including architecture diagrams and operational runbooks.
Who You Are:
- You have 5+ years of experience as an Integrations Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Consultant.
- You possess expert-level proficiency in Python and strong experience with Golang.
- You have extensive experience with SQL, NoSQL databases, and 3rd party API integrations.
