- Get hands-on with every Bastion product surface through sandbox integration and live documentation review.
- Shadow active client onboardings to understand handoff points between product, engineering, compliance, and the client's team.
- Own a non-enterprise client onboarding end-to-end: KYB process, sandbox setup, technical walkthrough, and first live transaction.
By 90 days:
- Run all non-enterprise client onboardings independently from initial technical scoping through go-live.
- Build and own proactive client communication system for API changes, documentation updates, and product releases.
- Support pre-sale technical evaluations alongside the commercial team as needed.
By 180 days:
- Manage a growing portfolio of client relationships across mid-market and enterprise accounts.
- Build tooling and automation for repetitive onboarding and lifecycle management tasks.
- Help define the long-term shape of the TAM function as client volume grows.
