Technical Account Manager

What you'll do:

• Own a portfolio of strategic customers as their dedicated technical advisor.
• Lead implementation reviews, base audits, and technical health assessments.
• Guide customers through the full capability of Airtable as a platform.

• You have 3-6 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role in B2B SaaS.
• You're a builder with understanding of relational data modeling and integrations.
• You think in systems and can break down real-world business problems into scalable solutions.
