Role Overview:
- As the DEVone Integration Engineer, you are the technical bridge between CXone and our partner ecosystem.
- You build code examples, PoC integrations, and tools that partners use to evaluate and implement their integrations.
- This role requires technical depth, communication skills, and partner empathy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document integration patterns and communicate technical guidance to partners with varying expertise levels.
- Build sample applications and proof-of-concept integrations for common patterns.
- Troubleshoot partner integration challenges hands-on and translate feedback into clear problem statements.
What You'll Need:
- BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience, with 3+ years of professional software development.
- Strong proficiency in one or more languages: JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, C#/.NET.
- Experience building integrations with RESTful APIs and solid understanding of web technologies (HTTP, WebSocket, JSON, OAuth).
