About the Role:

  • As our Developer Success Engineer, you'll be the hands-on expert guide for external developers integrating with Loop's public APIs.
  • You'll help them get oriented, set up, and successfully launch, and bring their feedback back into the product.

What You'll Do:

  • Guide external developers through Loop's APIs and help plan integrations.
  • Set up and maintain sandbox environments for reliable testing.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and create client-facing technical documentation.

Your Experience:

  • You have 2-4 years of experience as a software engineer, with exposure to APIs and integrations.
  • You're comfortable with modern web stacks and can write clear technical documentation.
  • You're energized by working directly with developers and translating technical complexity into actionable guidance.
