Responsibilities:
- Lead post-sales technical implementation conversations with merchants, conducting deep technical discovery and translating findings into a clear path forward.
- Own the technical onboarding experience, serving as primary technical point of contact from kickoff to go-live, partnering with Engineering and Product.
- Establish and maintain technical documentation for merchant onboardings, including system architecture diagrams and API inventories.
Requirements:
- 4-7 years in a customer-facing technical role like Solutions Architect or Implementation Specialist.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Deep hands-on experience with Mid-Market and Enterprise merchants and RESTful API integrations.
Nice to Haves:
- Proficiency with Postman or similar API testing tools.
- Experience with OMS/ERP systems like NetSuite.
- Experience with eCommerce platforms like Shopify or BigCommerce.
