Role:

  • Partner directly with enterprise sellers and their engineering teams to architect and implement bespoke integrations leveraging Whatnot’s APIs and platform capabilities.
  • Act as the technical bridge between customers and internal teams—translating seller needs into scalable solutions while collaborating closely with engineering, product, and account management stakeholders.
  • Build durable tooling, workflows, and support infrastructure that help scale enterprise onboarding, integration support, and long-term customer success, including ~20–30% hands-on coding focused on developing scalable integration solutions and internal operational tooling.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of CSE-related experience in high growth startups.
  • Experience building bespoke solutions on top of an existing internal framework; excellent product instincts with a user-first mindset.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate customer needs to engineering and product teams.
