Customer-Facing Technical Support:

Launch Readiness:
- Create and manage Partner Launch Event tickets.
- Validate technical launch requirements with partners.
- Support planning to staff and monitor live launch events.
What Success Looks Like:
- Partners view you as their trusted technical point of contact.
- Technical questions are answered fast, engineering stays focused.
- Launches are validated ahead of time and supported through go-live.
