- Deliver clear solutions for troubleshooting integrations, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
- Proactively identify trends and collaborate with engineering on critical outages.
What would make you a good fit?
- 2-4 years of customer or technical support experience.
- Skilled communicator with proven technical troubleshooting abilities.
- Hands-on experience with Cloud platforms, API integrations, and change management tools.
