Integration Specialist

About the Role:

• The Integration Specialist implements the integration product, working with APIs to extract or send data between RainFocus and client platforms.
• This role also supports Single Sign On through client web sites and collaborates with implementation teams and the global integration team.

Primary Duties:

• Communicate clearly with peers and clients to assess, design, and develop integrations meeting customer requirements.
• Lead internal and external meetings, manage integration timelines, and document integration elements before transitioning to support.
• Provide direct technical client support and be available for after-hours support when needed.

Required Skills:

• At least 2 years of experience with REST APIs and JSON, plus 1 year working with enterprise clients.
• Familiarity with API tools like Postman, Swagger, and SSO, and understanding of web analytics and JavaScript.
• Ability to work on multiple projects, set priorities, and work independently and as part of a team.
