Role Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end technical onboarding for global partners, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of API-based integrations.
- Design and support complex integration workflows in collaboration with internal engineering and product teams.
- Troubleshoot and optimize REST API performance by analyzing logs, metrics, and system behavior using observability tools.
Technical Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with REST APIs, including implementation, debugging, and performance optimization in production environments.
- Proven background in B2B technical roles such as Integration Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or L3 Support.
- Solid experience working with observability and monitoring tools such as Grafana, Kibana, OpenSearch, or similar platforms.
