ABOUT US:
- Ruvixx partners with global software companies to fight digital piracy through precise, data-driven processes.
- We are a fully remote execution-focused team that values accountability, consistency, and performance.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
- We are looking for a dedicated Appointment Setter and Contact Verification Specialist to support high-volume outbound calling.
- This role focuses on verifying and confirming contact information for 200 companies per week.
- This is a full-time contractor position starting with a 3-month trial period.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Make high-volume outbound calls throughout an eight-hour shift.
- Update and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Follow structured scripts and verification workflows.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- At least 1 year of experience in call center, appointment setting, or similar high-volume phone roles.
- Comfortable spending most of the workday on outbound calls.
- Strong attention to detail and process-driven mindset.
