New Medicare Marketing Compliance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Intake, log, and independently review marketing materials and scripts against CMS MCMG standards.
• Prepare and submit approved materials to 6-7 carriers, track status, and maintain the marketing repository.
• Manage SMIDs, lead vendor audits, and produce program KPIs for leadership.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:

• Strong understanding of CMS regulations, especially Medicare Communications and Marketing Guidelines.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage high-volume tasks.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and workflow tools like Airtable.
