Key Responsibilities:
- Support implementation of AI initiatives identified by the innovation and AI committee.
- Partner with business units to understand pain points and translate them into usable AI solutions.
- Test, pilot, document, and deploy AI tools and workflows across teams.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, data science, engineering, GIS, or related field.
- 3 to 8 years of experience in IT systems administration, AI tools, or technical support.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and user support skills; familiarity with data governance and responsible AI practices.
