Executive Managing Director

Civils' primary focus is to ensure strategic management, development, oversight, and overall performance of Cayuse’s SLED practice areas are on track to achieve their goals. This role is responsible for the day-to-day operations focusing on the companies’ success. The position performs all duties and responsibilities in accordance with the Mission, Vision, and Core Values of Cayuse. Responsible for formulating and executing strategies, overseeing operations and managing Civils' book of business, providing overall leadership and direction. The role involves planning and monitoring day-to-day business activities, and the overall long-term business plans and organizational goals. The role also requires supervising and collaborating with Directors and other senior managers, reviewing financial and operational performance of the organization, and managing operational budgets to promote profitability.
