CoderPad’s Strategic Account Executive oversees the expansion of our largest customers through the engagement of key Talent Acquisition and Engineering stakeholders as a part of our mission to better the technical interview process for everyone. As the global leader in the technical interview space, it is our Strategic Account Executive’s goal to identify technical hiring challenges and drive the CoderPad value proposition for a book of target accounts. You’ll report to our Sales Manager and own the sales process from start to finish while also regularly engaging on customer calls.
Responsibilities include outbound prospecting, collaborating with Marketing & Customer Success, participating on key client calls, establishing a trusted advisor approach, suggesting new ideas, and achieving outbound activity, pipeline, and revenue targets. Engage with a value-based selling approach to delight our customers!
