As a Sales Support Representative based in Portugal, your mission is to provide outstanding assistance to both our clients and sales team. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth communication, fast response times, and seamless support that elevates our guests’ travel experiences and empowers our sales professionals to shine. You’ll be part of an international team of over 100 professionals across more than 20 countries, united by a shared love of travel and exceptional service. Make daily follow-up calls and send emails to clients, ensuring their needs are met and questions answered. Assist the sales team by handling routine tasks and providing support during staff days off. Respond to inbound phone calls, manage new leads, and ensure timely communication. Follow established sales workflows and maintain detailed, organized records. Collaborate cross-functionally with other team members to ensure smooth service delivery.
