The Sales Operations Analyst will create and maintain tools and resources that accelerate Aspire’s profitable growth for production underwriters and distribution executives. Responsibilities include updating state road maps, coordinating with Business Intelligence, gathering market intelligence, leading agent segmentation, and maintaining commission arrangements. Requires a bachelor’s degree and insurance industry knowledge.
