Provide outstanding assistance to both clients and the sales team, ensuring smooth communication, fast response times, and seamless support that elevates guests’ travel experiences and empowers sales professionals. Make daily follow-up calls and send emails to clients, ensuring their needs are met and questions answered. Assist the sales team by handling routine tasks and providing support during staff days off.
