Vacation® is looking for a Sales Intern to support the day-to-day operations of our growing Sales team. This is a fully remote, paid internship ideal for an undergraduate student (rising third/fourth year) or recent graduate interested in learning the ins and outs of sales operations within a fast-growing, retail-focused brand. You’ll gain hands-on experience across a variety of retail partners—ranging from national chains to specialty boutiques.

The role combines operational execution, data storytelling, and project leadership to ensure in-store programs are delivered on budget, aligned with client goals, and supported by actionable insights. This role requires close collaboration with internal teams and retail partners to ensure that our technology platform is adopted effectively and used to its fullest potential — while also owning the reporting cadence and the delivery of insights that drive program results.
Manage, motivate, direct and coordinate activities of team members to meet and/or exceed sales and project goals. You will be accountable for team members and all documentation pertaining to team productivity. Effectively provide daily direction, training, and guidance while ensuring retention of the team. Travel to locations regularly throughout the territory.
