Reporting to the Senior Director, Sales Execution & Operations, the Director, Sales Enablement & Training will establish and implement strategic plans to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of our US commercial sales organization. This role involves establishing and scaling a team to deliver training, manage onboarding, set standards, and create resources in support of career development and performance management.
