Role Mission:
- As Implementation Manager for Providers, you will own the end-to-end deployment of our voice AI platform for health system and digital health customers.
- You'll sit at the intersection of project management, technical configuration, and health system operations.
What You Will Accomplish:
- By day 90, successfully deploy your first health system use case from contract to go-live with complete documentation.
- At 12 months, deploy multiple use cases and build reusable playbooks that make each successive deployment faster.
Location Requirement:
- This is a remote role with 25–40% travel to client sites for deployments and stakeholder meetings.
- Periodic travel to Menlo Park headquarters expected for team alignment and strategic planning.
