• Shepherd multi-quarter plans that align technical work with organizational goals and product strategy.
• Operate as a key cross-functional voice in prioritization, product strategy, and technical direction.
• Turn high-level strategy into clear direction engineers can act on.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:

• Building inclusive, high-trust team cultures where people feel supported and challenged.
• Leading product engineering teams with broad scope and end-user impact.
• Crafting high quality user-facing products, and ideally have experience with consumer product.
