Job Description

The role involves identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities for digital services and custom digital solutions within the Colombian market, requiring a strong grasp of B2B solutions and services sales and an understanding of the role business development plays in lead generation and lead qualification. Responsibilities include prospecting for qualified leads, building a pipeline of new business opportunities, developing and leading sales strategies, and managing prospects to close new business. The candidate will collaborate with marketing and regional leadership, drive capabilities presentations, conduct needs-based discovery assessments, and work with CI&T’s Growth Units to expand their client base within Colombia. The ideal candidate has a successful track record in sales and business development, the ability to uncover client pain points, create solution visions, and manage the sales and internal solution development process, ultimately leading to compelling proposals and closed contracts.
