KYC Lead

We are looking for a proactive and reliable KYC Lead to oversee and manage our KYC and fraud operations. This role is crucial in ensuring compliance with both local regulations and global company standards. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, experienced in the crypto industry or has a strong interest in it, and capable of working independently with strong leadership capabilities. Responsibilities include leading daily KYC operations, coordinating with stakeholders, analyzing KYC trends, supporting audits, and mentoring junior analysts. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree, fluency in English, 5+ years of KYC/AML experience, strong leadership skills, and interest in the crypto/blockchain industry.
