Job Description

This is a temporary, contract position that will pay $18.00 per hour. The Phone Receptionist provides operational support by serving as the primary point of contact for incoming calls to Digital Academy of Florida. This role ensures timely and accurate routing of inquiries, delivers exceptional customer support to families and vendors, and collaborates with internal teams to resolve issues. The position also maintains communication logs, supports schoolwide messaging, and contributes to operational efficiency through accurate documentation and reporting. Essential Functions: Answer DAOF main phone and manage incoming calls professionally. Provide customer support to families, vendors, and other stakeholders. Route issues to appropriate personnel. Collaborate with IT for tech support, computer issues, and shipping needs for students/families. Attend all Operations meetings and provide input as needed Communicate trending call data to Operations leadership for escalation. Execute robo calls and maintain documentation for schoolwide messaging. Access all systems to log contacts and follow up with email documentation. Update tracking systems for phone logs and maintain accurate records. Perform other duties as assigned.
