This role is pivotal in ensuring that our providers are enrolled with our participating plans in a timely manner. This temporary role involves the timely review, investigation, enrollment, and updating of provider applications. You will maintain the quality, production, and timeliness standards of the department by reviewing, entering data, and processing all enrollment/update provider enrollment types and related documents. Address and resolve issues during credentialing promptly.

The Academic Operations Associate plays a crucial role in CommonLit's Academic Operations by flexibly supporting and implementing the digitizing workflow and content acquisition across all learning products, knowledge and information storage and organization across the Academic Department, and exposure mitigations and cheater prevention workflows.
