A day in the life:
- Triage and resolve T&S escalations coming through internal channels.
- Conduct daily enforcement operations, including account suspension.
- Review and investigate abuse reports from hosts and customers.
What do we need from you?
- 5+ years of experience in operations or a related role.
- Experience managing operational workflows and investigations.
- Strong operational rigor and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Trust & Safety, Risk Operations, or a related field.
- Experience reviewing abuse and policy workflows.
- Experience supporting operational reporting and SLA tracking.
