About the Role:
- Support and optimize the Salesforce platform while serving as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the technology team.
- Manage daily operations, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.
- Coordinate releases with Product Management and track project progress.
Responsibilities:
- Administer users, profiles, permission sets, and permission set groups.
- Monitor data quality and implement data governance best practices.
- Design and implement workflow enhancements using Flows and declarative tools.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, reports, dashboards, and Flow Builder.
- Experience with managed packages and Salesforce DevOps strategies.
Success Metrics:
- Salesforce runs smoothly with minimal disruption to daily operations.
- Stakeholders receive timely, accurate reporting and insights.
- Project requests are clearly defined, prioritized, and delivered efficiently.
