Senior Revenue Operations Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Serve as RCX Sports’ internal Salesforce administrator and system owner, managing configuration, objects, fields, and release management.
• Manage the Salesforce request queue across business teams, establishing clear intake, prioritization, and turnaround expectations.
• Build and test changes in sandbox environments and maintain a disciplined deployment process.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or Salesforce administration.
• At least 2 years as the primary owner of a Salesforce environment.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow, validation rules, custom objects, and reports.
