Role Overview:
- Own the systems and reporting infrastructure for the Go-To-Market organization.
- Define system standards, prioritize RevOps roadmap, and lead automation to remove friction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the RevOps systems roadmap and lead cross-functional programs.
- Build and maintain dashboards and analytics for customer satisfaction and tool adoption.
- Serve as technical owner of GTM tooling including Gainsight.
Qualifications:
- Gainsight Certification Level 2 required.
- 5+ years in revenue operations with deep Salesforce expertise.
- Strong analytical judgment and ability to communicate with senior stakeholders.
