Overview:

- We are searching for a talented Business Analyst Sr-UKG.
Responsibilities:
- Support, optimize, and enhance UKG Workforce Management ecosystem.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, and Operations to deliver scalable workforce technology solutions.
- Answer helpdesk tickets and troubleshoot issues with the business.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of Kronos experience with 5+ years in UKG WFM.
- Strong expertise in UKG reporting tools such as Cognos and Dataviews.
- Experience configuring and optimizing UKG WFM modules.
