Role Overview:
- You will be at the heart of our mission, supporting the implementation and optimization of UKG Workforce Management Advanced Scheduling.
- You will work closely with leaders across departments to design efficient scheduling models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the full lifecycle of UKG Advanced Scheduler projects: requirements, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Maintain existing schedules and improve user experience through technical support and collaboration.
- Handle help desk questions and manage system integrations including Boomi and SQL.
