Responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day operational health and stability of Workday Core HCM and worker lifecycle capabilities.
- Investigate and resolve functional configuration and technical production issues.
- Troubleshoot business process routing, condition rules, notifications, and security assignments.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of hands-on Workday experience with strong Core HCM functional knowledge.
- Hands-on configuration and integration troubleshooting experience.
- Ability to work independently and follow established patterns.
Additional Context:
- Full-time remote contract, 40 hours per week, aligned with US Central Time.
