Dyopath is looking for an HR Specialist who loves people and processes! As an HR Specialist, you’ll keep HR systems and carrier platforms in top shape — ensuring accurate, compliant, and up-to-date information, manage benefits administration, overseeing leaves of absence, maintaining and refreshing job descriptions to align with organizational standards and evolving roles. You will also support learning and development efforts, assist with HR reporting, audits, and projects that improve data accuracy and provide backup support for the HR Specialist in Mexico when needed.
