Position Summary:

• We are seeking a Financial Controller to own global accounting and financial reporting for a PE-backed SaaS life sciences business.
• This is a hands-on leadership role for a technically strong accountant in a fast-scaling, multi-entity environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close and consolidation across all US and international entities.
• Serve as the technical accounting authority and manage audits, internal controls, and PE sponsor reporting.

Qualifications:

• CPA with 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting and global consolidation.
• Must sit within the Eastern Time Zone of the United States.
