Role Overview:
- High-impact Accounting & Control role at the heart of the North American business.
- Own US financial integrity and compliance, resolving issues that cannot be centralized.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure US accounting is consistent with group policy under IFRS and understand US GAAP adjustments.
- Maintain the US finance and compliance calendar, acting as main contact for auditors and tax advisers.
- Partner with HR on US payroll, 401(k) and benefits accounting.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA advantage.
- Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and multi-state sales and use tax.
- Experience in Controller or Senior Accounting Manager role, ideally in a multinational and SaaS environment.
