About the Role:
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects, managing stakeholders and timelines.
- Act as a solutions consultant throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders.
Product Expertise:
- Become a Vesta product expert, understanding product nuances.
- Oversee the configuration and customization of the LOS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Project Documentation:
- Develop and maintain project documentation.
- Help internal and external teams assess progress and mitigate risks.
- Develop and maintain project plans and status reports.
